How To Book With Us

We’re thrilled that you’d like to go ahead and book with us. Hopefully you’ve had time to browse through the website or maybe even had the opportunity to see our latest pictures and posts on our facebook, Instagram and twitter pages for a little inspiration. To book your wedding or event with us, just follow the simple steps below.

#1 Build Your Quote

Visit the catalogue page and browse through our selection of wedding and event products that are available for hire.

When you find the products you would like to hire for your event, simply click the “Add to quote” button. This shall create your quote list for you which you can view on the right hand side of the page, alternatively, you can visit the quote list page which shall give you a full breakdown of the products, quantities and variations that you have selected.

Once you have completed building your quote, simply fill in your details and click the “Send your quote” button.

#1 Build Your Quote

When you find the products you would like to hire for your event, simply click the “Add to quote” button. This shall create your quote list for you which you can view on the right hand side of the page, alternatively, you can visit the quote list page which shall give you a full breakdown of the products, quantities and variations that you have selected.

Once you have completed building your quote, simply fill in your details and click the “Send your quote” button.

#2 Review Your Quote

We will send you a full with pricing and any additional costs that might be subject to your request for you to review. This will be via the email address that you used when submitting your quote request.

If you are happy with your quotation and would like to move on to the next step, simply click the “Accept” button at the bottom of this email. 

If you are not completely satisfied with the quote and would like to amend or discuss it with us, click on the “Reject” button. We shall contact you directly to discuss your needs in more detail from this point.

#2 Review Your Quote

We will send you a full with pricing and any additional costs that might be subject to your request for you to review. This will be via the email address that you used when submitting your quote request.

If you are happy with your quotation and would like to move on to the next step, simply click the “Accept” button at the bottom of this email.

#3 The Booking Form

Once you have accepted the quotation by clicking the “Accept” button in the quotation email, you will be automatically redirected to our online booking form.

It is here that you will need to give us a little bit more information about you and your event, such as, venue location, date of event etc.

It is here that you will also be able to review our terms and conditions of hire of which you must read and understand completely before submitting your booking form.

#3 The Booking Form

Once you have accepted the quotation by clicking the “Accept” button in the quotation email, you will be automatically redirected to our online booking form.

#4 Confirmation

Once we have received your booking form, we will need to confirm your booking by taking a £50 deposit from you.

This can be paid via BACS, credit card or debit card over the telephone.

Once we have received your deposit, your event shall be confirmed and you will receive all of the relevant information from us in regards to your event.

If at any point you have a question in regards to your booking, please feel free to contact us directly.

#4 Confirmation

Once we have received your booking form, we will need to confirm your booking by taking a £50 deposit from you.
